Coach Stef has a strong background in gymnastics but has branched out to lyra, acro and more over the years.

Recreational classes range from $20-25/class.

What type of clothing should be worn for training/classes?
Appropriate fitting gym clothes, leotards/biketards, or dance wear. Please NO loose fitting (or oversized) clothing. No zippers or buttons or dangly jewelry.
